Wig Talk at Work

So I found an old wig I had last year and it’s a longer length than I’m wearing currently at work. Most of everyone at work knows I have Alopecia and wear wigs, but I’m still scared to change my wig? Any advice?
Its filling in thick and fast. I think in a month you wont be even able to tell :) *fingers crossed
